Earth Shadow — Metal

Pure abstraction — nothing but color, light, and a single line where the world splits in two. After sunset the earth shadow rose behind me, pressing deep blue down from above while the horizon held its last breath of orange and gold. The salt flats stretched out white and featureless below, catching the faintest warmth from the dying sky. One lone mountain anchored the composition where land and color meet — without it, the scene would dissolve into pure gradient. The square format stripped away everything unnecessary, leaving only the essential: the slow transition from warm to cool, the flat white plain, and that solitary form standing at the seam of it all.
